3. Products & Pricing

We sell tissue-cultured plantlets and related horticultural products. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR/₹) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice. While we make every effort to display accurate information, minor variations in plant appearance, size, and growth stage are inherent to biological products and do not constitute a defect.

4. Orders & Acceptance

An order placed on the website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for reasons of stock availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to ship to your location. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.

5. Payments

Payments on this website are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and supported wallets. We do not store your full card or banking credentials on our servers. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to ours.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra.
