Prerna Tissue Culture Private Limited is a Nashik-based plant biotechnology company producing disease-free, true-to-type plantlets through commercial micropropagation.

The company was incorporated on 24 April 2025 under the Companies Act, 2013, with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India (CIN: U02102MH2025PTC446624). We operate from our registered facility at Gut No. 599/2, Plot No. 3, Dindori, At Janori, Ojhar, Niphad, Nashik – 422206, Maharashtra.

Every plantlet that leaves our facility begins life as a small piece of selected mother-stock tissue, placed by hand into a sterile vessel under laminar flow. From there it is multiplied — cell by cell, generation by generation — under conditions of obsessive cleanliness.

The result is uniformity at a scale that conventional propagation cannot approach: disease-free, true-to-type, vigorous plantlets ready to begin life in your soil. We work with commercial cultivators, ornamental nurseries, and afforestation projects across India.
