Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Prerna Tissue Culture Private Limited(CIN: U02102MH2025PTC446624) dispatches and delivers orders placed through this website.
1. Shipping coverage
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. International shipping is offered only on prior written agreement and is not available through the standard checkout flow.
2. Dispatch timeline
- Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation.
- Made-to-order tissue-culture orders may require a lead time of 2–4 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the species and quantity. The expected timeline will be communicated to you by email after the order is placed.
- Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and Indian public holidays.
3. Delivery timeline
- Within Maharashtra: 2–4 business days from dispatch.
- Rest of India: 4–8 business days from dispatch.
- Remote or non-metro pin codes may take longer.
These are estimates from our courier partners; actual transit times depend on the courier, weather, and local conditions.
4. Shipping charges
A flat shipping & handling fee of ₹40 is applied at checkout for standard orders. Bulk and B2B shipments are quoted separately based on weight, volume, and destination.
5. Packaging
Plantlets are packed in custom-designed, ventilated boxes with shock-absorbent inserts to protect them during transit. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.
6. Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipment tracking number by email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner's website.
7. Delivery & receipt
- Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to receive the parcel.
- Inspect the parcel at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, please record this with the courier and notify us within 48 hours.
- Plantlets should be unboxed and given light, air, and water as soon as possible after delivery.
8. Failed delivery / RTO
If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the shipment is treated as Return-to-Origin (RTO). In such cases, re-shipping charges and any loss of perishable plant material will be borne by the customer.
